Zero-Upload Guarantee: All images, passport sheets, digital signatures, and PDF certificates processed inside this studio are handled 100% locally within your browser via Web Workers and HTML5 Canvas. Your files never leave your device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

This application has no upload endpoint. When you select, paste, or drag-and-drop resume photos, portfolio graphics, citizenship documents, or certificates, the file buffers are read directly into your browser's local RAM using standard HTML5 FileReader, Canvas, and Blob APIs. Nothing is transmitted to us or to any server operated by us. Closing or refreshing the tab permanently revokes all object URLs and wipes every trace from memory.

2. EXIF & GPS Metadata Stripping

Photos taken with smartphones embed EXIF metadata that can include GPS coordinates, device identifiers, and timestamps. Because our engine re-encodes every image on a canvas before export, all EXIF metadata — including location data — is automatically stripped from your downloaded files. This protects you when submitting identity documents to job portals.

3. Cookies & Google Consent Mode v2

We use Google Consent Mode v2 as the single source of truth for all privacy signals. On your first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or reject: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (jobsfinder_consent_v2) and can be changed at any time via the "Cookie & Ad Consent Preferences" button in the footer. With consent denied, advertising cookies are not set and ads serve in a non-personalized context where supported.

4. Google AdSense & DoubleClick DART Cookie Disclosure

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to https://jobsfinder.xyz or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.

5. Self-Hosted Assets & Third-Party Requests

All open-source libraries this application uses (Tailwind CSS, Lucide Icons, browser-image-compression, JSZip and jsPDF), its stylesheet, application code and fonts are served directly from our own domain under /assets/ — nothing is loaded from third-party CDNs, so your browser talks to jobsfinder.xyz and (after you grant consent) Google's ad servers. No third party receives your requests as part of loading the tools, and none of your document data is ever transmitted anywhere. The only external endpoints are Google AdSense advertising requests, which fire solely according to the consent signals described in Section 3.

6. Your GDPR Rights (EEA/UK)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. Because we do not store your documents or identity data, most requests concern advertising cookies only — which you control directly through the consent banner. For any other concern, contact support@jobsfinder.xyz and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Your CCPA Rights (California)

The California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. Advertising-related data flows are governed by the consent controls described in Section 3, and declining consent blocks ad-personalization signals at the source.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

This studio is designed for working professionals and adult job applicants. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since document processing never leaves the device, no child data can be collected by us even if a minor uses the tool on a family device.

9. Data Security & Retention

The only data persisted in your browser are two harmless preference keys: your theme choice (jobsfinder_theme_v1) and your consent decision (jobsfinder_consent_v2). You can erase both at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings. We operate no databases containing your documents, names, signatures, or photos.

10. International Users & Transfers

Our infrastructure (static hosting + CDNs) may serve content from servers located in multiple countries. Because your documents are never transmitted, no cross-border transfer of your sensitive data occurs. Advertising and CDN traffic is governed by the respective providers' global compliance frameworks (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable).

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. The effective date at the top will always show the latest revision, and material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days.
