1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AI Image Optimizer & Next-Gen Converter hosted on https://jobsfinder.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this studio.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this application. If you use the studio on behalf of an organization (such as a recruitment agency or training center), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Permitted Career Utility License

Job Finder grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this client-side software for personal and commercial career preparation, including optimizing headshots, building A4 passport sheets, scanning signatures, and merging PDF certificates. You may process documents for yourself or for persons who have given you explicit permission (for example, family members preparing exam applications).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use this studio to: (a) falsify identity documents, signatures, or photographs in violation of any law; (b) process images you have no legal right to possess; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the service into a competing hosted product; (d) overload, scrape, or interfere with the operation of jobsfinder.xyz; or (e) violate any applicable local, national, or international law. All processing happens on your device, and you remain solely responsible for how you use the outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

The studio interface, editorial guides, specification matrix, and branding are the property of Job Finder. Open-source libraries used under their respective licenses (MIT and similar) remain the property of their authors. Your documents and images remain 100% your property at all times — we claim no rights over anything you process.

6. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that every job portal will accept every export, that compression results will always meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always keep your original files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Finder and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost application opportunities, rejected submissions, data loss, or device issues — arising from your use of or inability to use this studio, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Job Finder from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the studio, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the studio for conduct that violates these terms. Sections 6, 7, and 8 survive any termination. You may stop using the studio at any time; no account exists to delete.

10. Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
